Keewaydin Island is a long, unspoiled barrier island between Naples and Marco Island that can only be reached by boat. There are no roads and no beachfront buildings, just sand, seashells and clear Gulf water. It is one of our guests’ favorite places to spend the day.
How to Get There
From our dock in Naples, cruise across Naples Bay and through Gordon Pass, then follow the shoreline south to Keewaydin. A half-day rental leaves time for a swim and a picnic, while a full-day rental lets you settle in, wander the beach and enjoy the whole afternoon.
Tips for Your Keewaydin Visit
- Arrive early on weekends and holidays, when the island fills up.
- Pack shade, lots of water, snacks and a bag to carry out your trash.
- Anchor with care in sandy spots and give wildlife room, especially in marked areas.
- Watch the tides and weather, and ask us for our favorite anchoring spots before you head out.
